Room i am renting out will be unfurnished but with a large built in wardrobe. There is furniture for sale. Shared living room with entry to large private garden. Kitchen, bathroom shared (i am the only person living here) \- great location \- quiet neighborhood \- available from 1.10 long term, possibility of taking over the contract im originally from Bulgaria (29y.o.) i work in gastronomy, mostly evening shifts. I love surfing, nature, warm light, i do my best to just relax at home - long shower, good music, cook something nice and taking some space to ground since my work is quite social and physical.
