The room gets plenty of natural light throughout the day and has its own small balcony — perfect for a morning coffee or winding down after a long day. **The flat** You'd be sharing the apartment with one other flatmate — a friendly, open-minded female bachelor student who's easy to live with and values a pleasant living atmosphere with personal space respected on both sides. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dining table and bench, and serves as the main common area. Bathroom and hallway are shared between the two of you. Washing machine and bike storage are shared with the building (4 apartments total). **Location** The apartment is right next to Renens railway station, giving you excellent connections by train, bus, and metro (M1). A tram line is also coming soon. Shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are all within walking distance.
