Looking for a new place to call home? :) I am renting out a fully furnished room in a very bright and large apartment in Leimenstrasse, 300m from tram stops Universität, Musik Akademie and Holbeinstrasse. Barfusserplatz is only 5 minutes away on foot. The room is limited until 31.12.2026 with a possibility to be extended further. The room comes with a double bed(140cm), clothes rack, chest of drawers, night table, desk and chair. All bills (water, heating, electricity, gas, internet) are included. Cleaning of the common areas two times a month is also included. Rest of the house: The kitchen is equipped with all dishes, pots & pans, toaster and waterboiler, and dishwasher. In the bathroom there is also a washing machine for only this apartment. All main shops are close and there are multiple buses and trams right next to the apartment that take you into the city in no time. Another washing machine and tumbler are in the cellar.
