Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Gebäude Ende März 2027 abgerissen wird; eine Verlängerung ist möglich. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen und angenehmen Gegend mit viel Sonnenlicht. Sie verfügt über ein sehr grosses Zimmer mit ca. 15m2 und Blick auf den Garten, eine geräumige Küche mit einem kleinen Balkon ebenfalls mit Gartenblick, ein Badezimmer sowie ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer (nicht auf den Fotos zu sehen). Du wirst die Wohnung zunächst mit zwei italienischen Studenten teilen, die jedoch Ende August ausziehen werden. Daher ist die Wohnung auch ideal, wenn du später mit Freunden einziehen oder die zukünftige WG mitgestalten möchtest. Please note that the building will be demolished at the end of March 2027, with a possible extension. The apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood with plenty of natural sunlight. It includes a very spacious bedroom of approximately 15 m² overlooking the garden, a large kitchen with a small balcony also facing the garden, a bathroom, and a cozy living room (not shown in the pictures). You will be sharing the apartment with two Italian students, who will be moving out at the end of August. This makes it a great opportunity if you would like to move in with friends later on or help shape the future of the flat share.
