With two patios, floor-to-ceiling windows, and treetop views, this bright and quiet residence is located only minutes from Lake Geneva and Plage des Eaux-Vives, and facing Parc de la Grange. The apartment features: • Spacious living room: Open floor plan with wooden floors and furnished with a generous sofa; a large dining room table that sits 6-8, a fireplace and bookshelves. The room opens onto a private balcony with a view of Jet d'Eaux and the Jura Mountains. • Well-Equipped Kitchen: Contemporary kitchen with white cabinets, modern appliances, and convenient in-unit washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. • Modern Bathroom: Contemporary design with glass shower enclosure and quality finishes; second smaller guest bathroom in entryway. • Two bedrooms: The master bedroom has ample closet space and a luxurious king-sized bed with a high-quality mattress and a patio facing the park and lake.
