Ab Oktober 2026 vermiete ich ein möbliertes, ca. 12qm grosses Zimmer in meiner modernen 3.5-Zimmer-Wohnung im Glattpark (Opfikon) . Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 83qm , zwei Loggias und zwei separate Nasszellen. Du hast dein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC . Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Regal. Auch der Rest der Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet Küche, Wohnzimmer, Waschmaschine/Trockner, Haushaltsgeräte und Küchenutensilien können gemeinsam genutzt werden. Der Glattpark bietet eine gute Mischung aus Stadt und Natur. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Grünflächen und der Glattparksee befinden sich in der Nähe. Die ÖV-Anbindung ist sehr gut: Busstation ca. 1 Minute zu Fuss Tramstation ca. 4 Minuten zu Fuss Flughafen Zürich ca. 7 Minuten mit dem Tram Bahnhof Oerlikon ca. 710 Minuten mit Tram oder Bus Zürich HB ca. 30 Minuten von Tür zu Tür Ich bin 36, männlich und berufstätig . Ich suche eine unkomplizierte Person, die Lust auf ein angenehmes und respektvolles Zusammenleben hat. Ob Student, Berufseinsteiger, berufstätig oder Expat spielt grundsätzlich keine Rolle. Es soll keine klassische Party-WG sein, Besuch ist aber selbstverständlich willkommen. Mir ist wichtig, dass beide ihren eigenen Alltag und Freiraum haben, man sich aber trotzdem wohl miteinander fühlt. Das Zimmer ist für eine Person vorgesehen.
