Das Zimmer ist hell und möbliert (alles auf dem Foto ausser den weissen Schrank, Pult und Stuhl). Zur Miete gehört ein **eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche**. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und bietet eine **gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler**, ein **Wohnzimmer mit Balkon** sowie eine **Waschmaschine und einen Trockner** im Badezimmer. Du würdest mit zwei freundlichen, lustigen und unkomplizierten Mitbewohnern (M) in ihren späten Zwanzigern zusammenwohnen. Das Zusammenleben ist entspannt, respektvoll und sehr unterhaltsam. **Lage:** * Bahnhof Opfikon: 3–4 Minuten zu Fuss * Bahnhof Glattbrugg: ca. 8 Minuten * Tram- und Bushaltestellen in der Nähe * Gute Verbindung nach Zürich und zum Flughafen Supermärkte, Restaurants und ein Fitnessstudio sind ebenfalls in Gehdistanz. The rent includes a **private bathroom with a shower**, which is **for your exclusive use** (not shared, but located outside the room). The apartment is modern and has a **well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher**, a **living room with a balcony**, and a **washing machine and dryer** in the bathroom. You’d be sharing the flat with two friendly, funny and easy-going flatmates in their twenties.
