We are two international guys in our early 30s working in Web3 and Tech, looking for a third flatmate to join us in our spacious penthouse flat. We love tech, innovation, and staying curious about the world. Outside of work, we enjoy traveling, reading, staying active, and cooking healthy meals together. Electronic music is a big part of our lives, and we share a love for community, self-expression, and the occasional festival or Burner-adjacent adventure. We view our flat as a shared home, not just a collection of separate rooms. We take a communal approach to living—for instance, we don't divide up shelf space in the fridge or stick name tags on food. Instead, we use common sense, sharing meals and drinks naturally and replenishing communal staples as needed. We also sporadically host gatherings and parties at home; we keep music levels sensible, and because the layout is split over two floors, social time upstairs stays naturally separate from quiet time downstairs. Despite the ultra-central location, the flat is surprisingly quiet—you can sleep with open windows in the summer. * 🌇 **44m² Rooftop Terrace:** Sunset views, large lounging area, BBQ, pizza oven, and outdoor shower. * 🛋️ **Open-Plan Living:** Bright living space with integrated kitchen and rooftop access.
