Starting from mid August or September (date TBD) there will be an available room in our WG of 2 people! The highlights of the attic apartment: * a huge private rooftop with 360° views over Zurich and unforgettable sunsets * an open ground and plenty of light * an elevator which leads directly to the apartment (only with key) * modern equipment (dish washer, oven, ceramic glass cooktop, washing machine and tumbler in the apartment) * a renovated bathroom with shower * a cellar in the basement * directly located at Hardplatz, well-connected (5 walking minutes to Hardbrücke station) and many shops, bars and restaurants close by Your room: * 17.4 m2 big * quiet and bright (5 skylight windows) * unfurnished What we share: * all areas (furnished) except the room * a dinner or glass of wine and good talks when we feel like it * the rental fee (your part is CHF 1700 incl. utilities, excl. Die Highlights der Attikawohnung: * die riesige private Dachterrasse mit 360° Aussicht über Zürich und unvergessliche Sonnenuntergänge * der offene Grundriss und viel Licht * ein Lift direkt in die Wohnung (natürlich nur mit Schlüssel) * moderne Geräte (Geschirrspühler, Ofen, Glaskeramikherd, Waschmaschine & Tumbler in der Wohnung) * ein renoviertes Badezimmer mit Dusche * ein Kellerabteil im UG * direkt am Hardplatz, sehr gut erschlossen (5 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bahnhof Hardbrücke) und mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants/Bars um die Ecke Dein Zimmer: * 17.4 m2 gross * ruhig und hell (5 Dachfenster) * unmöbliert Was wir teilen: * alle Bereiche (möbliert) ausser das Zimmer * gerne ein Abendessen oder ein Glas Wein bei guten Gesprächen * die Miete (dein Anteil beträgt CHF 1700 inkl. Nebenkosten, exkl.
