Apartment & room come with all furniture. Very close to ETH Höngg campus, forest, river and only 10 mins to city center. Great and quiet neighborhood. Sublet price is 1300 CHF, including all costs (electricity, wifi, insurance, serafe, 400+ channel tv package) I have a cat, please, contact if you are cat-friendly :) Please, let me know your lifestyle, as well as how much time you plan to be at home (homeoffice?) or travelling.
