Dein neues Zimmer in unserer 3er-WG befindet sich ganz oben im 25. Stock der 2018 erbauten «Vulcano-Towers» in Zürich Altstetten. Dich erwartet eine grossartige Aussicht nach Westen ins Limmattal sowie atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge. Die zweistöckige 5.5-Zimmer-Wohnung (132m²) erstreckt sich über den 24. und 25. Stock. Der gesamte Wohnbereich ist vollständig möbliert, inklusive Sofa, TV, grossem Esstisch und Pflanzen. Die moderne Küche ist mit einem Hochtisch, Geschirrspüler, Steamer und Backofen ausgestattet. Ausserdem steht ein Grill in der Loggia zur Verfügung. Dein Zimmer ist 16m² gross und verfügt über ein eigenes Ankleidezimmer. Das geräumige Badezimmer im 25. Stock (mit Dusche, Badewanne und zwei Waschbecken) teilst du dir nur mit einem Mitbewohner. Bitte beachte, dass zusätzlich zur Miete noch eine monatliche Gebühr von CHF 100 für Internet, Netflix/Amazone Prime und die Mitbenutzung vom Mobiliar erhoben wird. Den Bahnhof Zürich Altstetten erreichst du in nur 5 Gehminuten. Wenn du sportlich aktiv bist oder dich in der Natur am Wasser entspannen möchtest, befinden sich die Sportanlage «Hardhof» und die beliebte «Werdinsel» in direkter Nähe. Ein kleiner Coop für den täglichen Einkauf ist direkt im Wohngebäude vorhanden, und das Einkaufszentrum «Migros Neumarkt» am Lindenplatz ist etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir, Johannes (ML-Engineer und begeisterter Taucher, Zimmer im 24. Stock) und Florian (Unternehmensberater, reist und kocht gerne, Zimmer im 25. Stock), sind lebensfrohe, berufstätige Menschen und freuen uns darauf, dich kennenzulernen. Wir suchen eine offene und aufgeschlossene Person (w/d/m), die LGBTQ+ freundlich ist, ein aktives Leben führt und viel unterwegs ist. Es ist uns wichtig, dass du Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung legst und einen geregelten Putzplan einhalten kannst. Die WG ist für Personen die Rauchen leider nicht geeignet. Wenn du das Zusammenleben in einer ordentlichen und gemütlichen WG geniesst, egal ob bei gemeinsamen Abenden oder auch mal alleine, dann melde dich bei uns. Liebe Grüsse, Johannes und Florian ++++++++++++++ Your new room in our shared flat is located on the top floor (25th floor) of the "Vulcano-Towers" in Zurich Altstetten, a modern building completed in 2018. The room offers stunning west-facing views over the Limmattal, with breathtaking sunsets included. This spacious 5.5-room (132m²), two-storey apartment spans the 24th and 25th floors. The entire living area is fully furnished, including a sofa, TV, large dining table, plants, and more. The modern kitchen is equipped with a bar table, dishwasher, steamer, and oven, and there's even a barbecue available in the loggia. Your room is 16m² and comes with a private dressing room. You'll share a large bathroom on the 25th floor (with a shower, bathtub, and double sinks) with just one other roommate. Please note that in addition to the rent, there is an additional monthly fee of CHF 100 for internet, Netflix/Amazon Prime, and the shared use of the furniture. Zurich Altstetten train station is just a 5-minute walk away. For sports enthusiasts or nature lovers, the "Hardhof" sports facility and the popular "Werdinsel" recreational area are nearby. For daily shopping needs, there's a small Coop right in the building, and the "Migros Neumarkt" shopping center at Lindenplatz is just a 10-minute walk away. We, Johannes (ML Engineer and scuba diving enthusiast, room on the 24th floor) and Florian (Consultant, passionate in travelling and cooking, room on the 25th floor), are cheerful, working professionals who are excited to get to know you. We are looking for an open and sociable person (f/m/d) who is LGBTQ+ friendly, leads an active life, and is often out and about. It is important to us that you value cleanliness and order and can stick to a regular cleaning schedule. Non-smokers only.
