Für eine zentral gelegene Zweier-WG an der Industriestrasse in Zug suche ich (m, 32) ein WG-Gspänli. Gesucht wird eine umgängliche Person zwischen 25 und 35 Jahren. Es werden auch Bewerber berücksichtigt, die nur zeitweise in der Stadt Zug wohnen wollen. Die Gesamtwohnfläche beträgt ca. 75 m2. Zur Alleinbenutzung steht ein helles Schlafzimmer (10.35 m2) mit ostgerichtetem Fenster und Blick auf den Zugerberg, welches auf dem 1. und 2. Photo abgebildet ist. Weiter stehen zur Mitbenutzung folgende bereits möblierte Räumlichkeiten zur Verfügung: Gemeinschaftsbüro (10.91 m2) Wohn- und Esszimmer (22.40 m2) Korridor mit Einbauschränken (10.39 m2) Vollausgestattete Küche inkl. Backofen, Herd, Spülmaschine, Espresso-Maschine und Geschirr/Besteck (5.56 m2) Badezimmer mit Badewanne (3.32 m2) Balkon (ca. 5 m2) Kellerabteil Dachterrasse zur allgemeinen Benutzung Möglichkeit zur Miete eines Aussenparkplatzes (zusätzlich CHF 160/m). I am looking for a friendly and easy-going person between the ages of 25 and 35. Applications from people who only plan to live in Zug temporarily are also welcome. The apartment has a total living area of approximately 75 m². You would have sole use of a bright bedroom measuring 10.35 m², with an east-facing window and a view of the Zugerberg. The room is shown in the first and second photos.
