We are renting out a bright and very spacious room of approx. **20 m²**, divided into two separate areas, offering plenty of space for living, working, or relaxing. A special highlight is the beautiful view over the city, which gives the room a unique atmosphere. We – Thomas, Fabian, and Nora – are three relaxed flatmates between **26 and 34 years old**. Nora is a future teacher who loves dancing and cooking, Fabian is training to become a social worker and is often out due to his many hobbies, especially volleyball. Thomas works for SBB and also in a bar in St. Gallen – so good cocktails are guaranteed. We are looking for a friendly and uncomplicated person between **25 and 40 years old** who values a tidy home. You enjoy your own space but are also open to shared cooking evenings or relaxed WG nights. The apartment offers a total of around **300 m² of living space with 7 rooms**, providing plenty of space and comfort. It features spacious bathrooms, meaning you rarely get in each other’s way, as well as a large, fully equipped kitchen. A bright living and dining area can also be used flexibly as a large guest room. In addition, there is a separate guest and dining room for visitors or shared moments. A real highlight is our tower room, which we use as a peaceful space for yoga, creativity, and crafting – a special room with a unique atmosphere. Overall, the apartment offers an open, comfortable, and still private living environment in a central location in St. Gallen with excellent access to public transport and shops. Wir vermieten ein helles und sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit ca. **20 m²**, das in zwei separate Bereiche aufgeteilt ist und dadurch viel Platz zum Wohnen, Arbeiten oder Entspannen bietet. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die wunderschöne Aussicht über die Stadt, die dem Zimmer eine einzigartige Atmosphäre verleiht. Wir – Thomas, Fabian und Nora – sind drei entspannte WG-Mitbewohner zwischen **26 und 34 Jahren**. Nora ist angehende Lehrerin und liebt Tanzen und Kochen, Fabian ist in der Ausbildung zum Sozialpädagogen und viel unterwegs mit seinen Hobbys, insbesondere Volleyball. Thomas arbeitet bei der SBB und in einer Bar in St. Gallen – für gute Cocktails ist also gesorgt. Wir suchen eine humorvolle und unkomplizierte Person zwischen **25 und 40 Jahren**, die Wert auf Ordnung legt. Du hast gerne auch mal Zeit für dich, bist aber offen für gemeinsame Kochabende oder entspannte WG-Abende. Die Wohnung bietet insgesamt rund **300 m² Wohnfläche** mit **7 Zimmern** und sehr viel Platz. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die grosszügigen Badezimmer, sodass man sich im Alltag kaum in die Quere kommt, sowie die grosse, gut ausgestattete Küche. Ein heller Wohn- und Essbereich kann flexibel auch als grosses Gästezimmer genutzt werden. Zusätzlich gibt es ein separates Gäste- und Esszimmer für Besuch oder gemeinsame Zeit. Ein echtes Highlight ist unser Turmzimmer, das wir als ruhigen Rückzugsort für Yoga, Kreativität und Bastelideen nutzen – ein besonderer Raum mit viel Atmosphäre. Insgesamt entsteht ein sehr offenes, komfortables und zugleich privates Wohngefühl in zentraler Lage in St. Gallen mit guter Anbindung an ÖV und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
