Description: A well lit 4 m x 3 m bedroom. The window has a view on the building's inner backyard garden. The former tenant is taking all of their furniture so you will have to buy your own. The kitchen already has furniture and equipment and it can be shared. There is also 2 shared washing machines and dryers in the basement of the building. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and there is no parking. A bus stop is right in front of the building and tram within walking distance. Electricity and gas are included in the rent. There is no Wifi, so make sure you have a good 5G plan. We are looking for: Firstly, this a JUWO flat, so make sure you fit the JUWO criteria before applying: \- Age: You must be between 16 and 28 years old. \- Income: Your maximum annual income must be CHF 30,000 or less. \- Occupation: You must be in Zurich for education (e.g., studying, an apprenticeship, or interning) You are a person who is friendly, clean, respectful, quiet and doesn't smoke. You like having a little drink in the kitchen or chat about our day when we can but we also respect and appreciate our alone-time after a long day at uni/work.
