We used to be 4 people (2 girls, 2 guys) sharing a super nice flat in Schlieren. Since both of the guys are moving out, we are looking for 2 new flatmates. We offer a room for each to be rented out, starting from 1st of September and for 1100 chf inclusive all side costs. Meaning, in this price, everything is included. Pets are not allowed. **The ROOMS:** * Having 4 bedrooms in total * Main furniture is provided if wanted. But always open for changes if there are any wishes. * Size: 14 sqm **The FLAT:** * Ground floor with a big terrace + garden. * Living room and all 4 bedrooms have own access to the terrace + garden. * Super bright inside the flat thanks to a lot of big windows on both sides of the apartment. * Fully equipped modern kitchen and bathrooms * It is very spacious and allows different areas for socializing or for having privacy and been on your own when feeling like. * Parking spots can be rented from the agency directly if needed. Costs are 160 per month, but availability needs to be checked. * Washing machine and Tumbler are located inside the flat * 2 Bathrooms. Meaning, 2 people share 1 bathroom. **The BUILDING:** * Brand new (ok... 5 years old, but still new and modern), with all kinds of commodities * Lockable and covered bike storage places. * Cellars and Parking slots accessible by elevator. * The area including about 6 buildings is all modern, nicely designed and quite beautiful. * Party room in the neighborhood bookable for 7 CHF per hour * Little supermarket (Spar) as a neighbor **The LOCATION:** * 3 min by bike to Schlieren Bahnhof * Tram 20 available just by the house * Very well connected. * Swimming in the Limmat is at walking distance **Your FLATMATES:** * All between 29 and 38, very easy going people and open-minded, respectful, etc * Main language in the flat is English. **INTERESTED?** Please contact us, telling a bit about yourself and when would you be able to come and visit.
