FULLY RENOVATED AND CONVERTED – OCTOBER 2024 Both apartments are ideally suited for 1–2 guests (maximum 3 upon request). • Garden Studio – 70 m², 1.5 rooms (converted), with an 80 m² private patio • Attic Apartment – 80 m², 1.5 rooms (converted) with access to 80 m² or 90 m² patios • City Flat – 150 m² over two floors, 4.5 rooms (renovated/converted), with 90 m² outdoor space (currently occupied; accommodates 6–8 guests; available upon request) GARDEN STUDIO / EVENTS HUB The Garden Studio features an 80 m² private patio, suitable for small private or professional gatherings (up to approximately 70 guests, 30 seated). An additional 90 m² outdoor area is available for larger events. In case of inclement weather, Marquees with detachable sides are provided. Amenities include grills, pizza oven, fire pit and outdoor heating.
