**English below** Wir sind vier ca. 30-Jährige, die zusammen ein dreistöckiges Haus an zentraler Lage (ca. 2 Min. zur Bushaltestelle Lindenplatz, ca. 6. Min. zum Bahnhof / Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) beleben. Wir geniessen es ein bis zweimal in der Woche zusammen zu kochen und den Abend im Sommer auf unserer Gartenterasse ausklingen zu lassen. Im dritten Stock hat das Haus ein grosses Wohnzimmer, eine gut eingerichtete Küche (mit Spühlmaschine), ein gemeinsames Büro, ein Schlafzimmer (deins), ein Bad, eine Toilette und ein Atelier/Gästezimmer. Im zweiten Stock sind drei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und ein Abstellzimmer (Bügelzimmer). Im Keller haben wir zwei Abstellzimmer, eine Waschküche (Waschmaschine und Trockner) und einen Trocknungsraum. Bist du zwischen 25 und 35 Jahre alt und dir ist respektvolles und gemütliches Zusammenleben wichtig? Dann melde dich :) Dein Zimmer ist ca. 17 Quadratmeter gross und verfügt über ein grosses Fenster und einen grossen Einbauschrank. Zusätzlich hast du im Abstellzimmer und Keller Platz um deine Sachen zu verstauen. Es ist verfügbar ab 1. November oder nach Vereinbarung. We are four around-30-year-olds sharing a three-story house in a central location (approx. 2 minutes to the Lindenplatz bus stop, approx. 6 minutes to the train station and Supermarkets). We enjoy cooking together once or twice a week and spending summer evenings relaxing on our garden terrace. On the third floor, the house has a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), a shared office, a bedroom (including yours), a bathroom, a separate toilet, and an atelier/guest room. The second floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a storage room (ironing room). In the basement, we have two storage rooms, a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer), and a drying room. Are you between 25 and 35 years old and value a respectful and cozy shared living? Then get in touch :) Your room is about 17 square meters, has a big window and a built-in wardrobe. Additionally, you’ll have space to store your belongings in the storage room and the basement. The room is available from the 1st of November or by arrangement.
