immomax brings Swiss property listings from our own sources and the major portals together in one place – cleaned up, de-duplicated and enriched with real added value.

Why immomax exists

Looking for a home in Switzerland means working through half a dozen portals, meeting the same properties on each of them, and still not knowing whether you missed something. That struck us as less a search than a chore. immomax turns it into a single list.

One property, one result

The same property often sits on three portals – under a different title, a different price basis, different photos. We recognise it from the address, the geometry and image similarity, and bundle it into one result marked “also found on …”. You see each property once, but with every place it appears – and you notice immediately when two portals quote different prices for it.

What a listing tells you here that it doesn’t elsewhere

A rent on its own says little about what a location really costs. So we do the arithmetic: the actual municipal tax burden for your household profile, the travel time to your workplace, a price check against the municipal median, and building facts such as heating, year of construction and number of dwellings. Data that is missing elsewhere – and that sometimes decides the matter.

Where the data comes from

From feeds that partners send us directly, and from publicly visible listings on the major Swiss portals. Every listing states where it came from and when we last confirmed it. We keep checking: when a property disappears at the source, it disappears here too.

Fair to sources and advertisers

Getting in touch always leads to the original source – we deliberately offer no contact channel of our own for third-party listings and do not place ourselves between you and the advertiser. We do not expose individual employees’ personal contact details; company and agency details we do show. Every source can be switched off individually if it asks us to.

How we make money

Searching, saved searches, favourites and private listings are free and will stay free. The only paid products are visibility options for professional advertisers, and those are labelled as such. We do not sell personal data, run no advertising networks and embed no third-party trackers. What you are looking for is nobody’s business but yours.

The choices we made

• Completeness over exclusivity: better to show every offer than to favour our own.
• Transparency over polish: where a listing came from, how old it is and where it contradicts itself belong on the page, not under it.
• Four languages from day one – German, French, Italian, English – because that is how Switzerland works.
• No cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to: no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics.
• Speed as a feature: comparing forty properties should not mean watching a loading bar.
