immomax brings Swiss property listings from publicly viewable portals, and listings posted directly with us, together in one place, merges the duplicates we recognise and adds taxes, public transport travel time and details about the surroundings.

We recognised the same property on several portals and merged it into one result. The result names the portals we found it on; contact goes to the original source.

Write what you are looking for – for example “4 rooms in Bern up to CHF 3’000”. immomax shows you what it understood; anything that cannot be filtered stays visible as a note. If you prefer to pick options, use “Classic”.

The map shows the results of your search. After moving it, “Search this area” continues the search there. If we only know a property’s postcode, we show an area rather than a point.

The price comparison relates the listing to the municipality’s median (CHF per m²). The tax figure shows the yearly tax burden in the property’s municipality for a household profile you choose. Both are guide values.

Set up your search, enter your email address and click the confirmation link. Confirming also activates your free account, where you manage the search alert.

With “Instantly” we check every minute and send new results by email and, if you like, as a push notification to your phone. There are also daily or weekly summaries, with a daily limit and quiet hours.

In your account under “Search alerts” you can pause any alert, change how often it runs or delete it. Every email also contains an unsubscribe link.

For listings from other portals, the contact button takes you to the original source – you deal directly with wherever the listing comes from. The source is shown on the listing.

We check the sources regularly. Listings usually show when we last checked them; properties that no longer appear at the source are taken out of the search after the next sync.

Use “Report listing” on the listing page; we check every report. Never pay a deposit or rent before you have viewed a flat – more in the safety tips.

Searching, search alerts and saved listings are free, and so are private listings. Professional advertisers can book extra visibility, which is labelled.

You sign in with a password, with Google or with Apple. In your account settings you can add a second factor (TOTP) or a passkey.

In the privacy policy you can request an export or the deletion of your data at any time. Search alerts can also be cancelled with one click.

Create an account, confirm your mobile number by text message, enter your listing with photos – after a short check it goes online and reaches everyone whose search alert matches.

Claim your agency’s profile in the agency directory for free, receive enquiries directly in your dashboard and, if you wish, book extra visibility that is labelled as such.
