Search & map
immomax brings Swiss property listings from our own sources and the major portals together in one place — de-duplicated and enriched with taxes, transit times and neighbourhood data. One result shows you which portals the property is listed on.
We detect when the same property is advertised on several portals and bundle it into a single result ("also found on …"). You compare at a glance instead of wading through duplicates.
Move the map and the results follow automatically. You can also draw your own search area, pick a radius around a place, or use the commute filter to only show homes within, say, 30 minutes of your workplace.
The price check compares a listing with the municipal median (CHF/m²). We also show the yearly tax burden for your profile in the property's municipality — and how it compares with your reference location.
Search alerts & notifications
Set up your search, enter your email and confirm the link — done. Confirming also activates your free account, where you manage the alert.
With "Instant" we check every minute and flag new matches practically in real time — by email and, if you like, as push notifications. Daily or weekly digests are available too, with a daily cap and quiet hours.
Under "Search alerts" in your account you can pause any alert, change its frequency or delete it. Every email also contains an unsubscribe link.
Listings & contact
For aggregated listings the contact button always leads to the original source — you complete things where the listing comes from. The source is shown transparently on every listing.
We check the sources continuously. Every listing shows when we last verified it and how long it has been on the market; properties that are no longer available disappear from search automatically.
Use "Report listing" right on the listing page. Our team reviews every report. Never pay a deposit or rent before viewing a property — see our safety tips.
Account & privacy
Searching, alerts, favourites and comparing are free. Private listings are free as well; agents can optionally book a top placement.
You can sign in with your password plus two-factor authentication (TOTP), or via Google or Apple. You can also add a passkey in your account settings for extra security.
On the privacy page you can request an export or the deletion of your data at any time (Swiss revFADP). Alerts can be unsubscribed independently with one click.
Advertising & agents
Create an account, confirm your mobile number by SMS, enter your listing with photos — after a short review it goes live and reaches everyone with a matching search alert.
Claim your agency profile in the broker directory for free, receive enquiries straight into your dashboard, and boost your visibility in the results with an optional top placement.
