1.5 Room Apartment

Description

Since I'm completing my master's studies, I'm looking for a subtenant for my fully furnished 1.5-room apartment. The move-in date can be November 1, 2026, December 1, 2026, or latest January 1, 2027. The apartment is approximately 30 m² in size and is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It has a large balcony, a bathroom with a shower, a spacious basement storage room, and an elevator. A private washing machine and a private dryer are located directly in the apartment. Additionally, a shared drying room is available. The kitchen can be separated from the living and sleeping area by a sliding door, so food smells do not spread to the bedroom. With bus lines 5 and 10, the apartment is very well connected to the city center and the University of St. Gallen. At the same time, numerous opportunities for walks and relaxation in nature are available in the immediate vicinity. The forest and the Drei Weieren are easily accessible on foot. A prerequisite for taking over the apartment is the purchase of the entire inventory at a fixed price of CHF 6,000. The original new value is around CHF 12,000. The inventory includes, among other things, a bed including mattress and duvet, a wardrobe, a cloakroom, a kitchen table with chair, a complete home office setup including desk, kitchen utensils and dishes, an outdoor lounge, a printer, a vacuum cleaner, decorative pictures, and the installed lamps with the Philips Hue system. Also included are other pieces of furniture visible in the pictures. The apartment can thus be occupied fully furnished and without additional effort.
