We are subletting our apartment from September 5th to October 1st (possibly available a few days before and after) Our 17-year-old cat will be present. It is adorable, healthy, quiet, and autonomous (litter box). We offer a modest rent (Fr. 250.-/week to be discussed) in exchange for good care of our cat; a form of "catsitting" with a service apartment ;-) We also ask to water our vegetable garden if needed, in exchange for the harvest of available vegetables and mowing the lawn once or twice. Large living room (25 m2), kitchen, 1 bedroom-office with a good sofa bed, separate toilet. The apartment is actually a 3.5-room apartment, but our bedroom will not be accessible. Ground-floor apartment, with garden (vegetable and ornamental garden), bright, very quiet, and close to nature and public transportation (700m from Remaufens station, 30 minutes by train to Lausanne). Parking space in front of the door (highway in 5 minutes at Châtel-St-Denis). All charges included, including Wi-Fi.
