The apartment offers a shower, toilet, kitchen, and washing machine, as well as a large unheated attic (possibly for a studio?). No dishwasher, no balcony. Those who like to live in the center, love the urban life with all its events right outside the door, will find a wonderful gem here. The size is approximately 65m2 (excluding attic) The ancillary costs are billed directly between the tenant and the energy supplier. Only general electricity, general water, administration, and heating costs are included in the ancillary costs.
