Einige Möbel im Eingangsbereich, der Balkontisch sowie der Schrank im Bad können bei Interesse kostenlos übernommen werden. Zudem kann der Garagenplatz auch übernommen werden. Zusätzlich gibt es ein ca. 10 m² grosses Kellerabteil mit eigener moderner Waschmaschine und Trockner. Im Gebäude stehen zudem ein Trocknungsraum und ein Fahrradraum zur Verfügung.
