2 rooms in a shared house in a large house in Montreux

Hi! Two rooms are becoming available in our shared house in Montreux starting from September 1st next year! We are a queer-friendly shared house that strives to build a collective way of life and make projects happen, notably by growing a vegetable garden and organizing get-togethers on our lovely terrace. We are looking for two people who would be interested in putting a bit of themselves into this beautiful place. The first room is located on the upper floor, it's 15m2 and has a view of the road and the lake. (See photos room 1) The bathroom is shared with two other people. The second room is located on the lower floor, it's 12m2 and has a view of the garden, the lake, and the mountains. (See photo room 2) The bathroom is shared with one other person. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are shared among 6 people. In total, we are 11 humans and 2 cats living in the house. The house is close to public transportation (3 minutes walk from a stop on the Montreux-Rochers-de-Naye line, 20 minutes from Territet train station, and 25 minutes from Montreux train station). We have set up all sorts of common spaces (workshops, lounges, music studio, guest room, etc.), and there are also many terraces, a large garden with a vegetable garden, fruit trees, a cabin, a pond, as well as a view of Lake Geneva and the Alps at 180 degrees. The rent (including all utilities, including Wi-Fi) is 850.- CHF per month per room. We are ideally looking for people who have experience in community living, who are willing to take some time to invest in taking care of the house and the garden.
