We are renting out two adjoining, furnished rooms to one person in our 4.5-room apartment in Winterthur-Veltheim. Youll have a 17 m² living room with a sofa, TV, and TV stand, as well as a 13.75 m² bedroom with a bed, closet, and desk that you can keep if you want to but you could also bring your own furniture. The living room also has a small balcony that you can use exclusively. The bathroom and the toilet are shared with a 19 year old man who is in education at the moment. You will have the kitchen mostly to yourself. The flat also includes an office which is used occasionally by the familys parents, including one day a week for working from home.
