Description
The apartment is perfect for a 3-person shared flat (WG). It features a balcony (12 m²), a shared bathroom, and a guest toilet. Currently, the flatshare is being re-founded, and I am looking for new roommates. There are 2 rooms available: one is 10.45 square meters and the other is 12.67. Both are available starting September 15th. For the smaller room (10.45 ), I can sell you the bed including the mattress for 50 CHF. Kitchen furniture, a couch, a TV, and living room furniture are already fully provided. I have been living in the apartment since October last year. For laundry, there is a card system for the shared washing machine in the basement. The only things you need to bring are your own bedroom furniture and personal belongings :) Public transport connections are excellent. A bus runs every 15 minutes right outside the front door towards Kreuzlingen station and Konstanz city center. The nearest train station (Kreuzlingen Hafen) is within a 10-minute walk. The closest Spar supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, and Lidl is 15 minutes away on foot. The German border is just 10 minutes away by bike and about 15 minutes by bus, making it very easy to cross over for grocery shopping. A nice bonus: the nearest swimming spot on Lake Constance at Seeburgpark (with a sunbathing lawn) is only a 10-minute walk away. Perfect for unwinding by the lake after a long day. I'm Fabian, 25 years old, and the main tenant of the apartment. After a short trial phase living alone in this huge place, I decided to open it back up as a flatshare. A bit about me: I work at a startup in Kreuzlingen, love making music (guitar and singing), enjoy reading, and go to the gym. In my free time, I volunteer at a summer camp once a year and am a member of a local club that helps organize events like the local wine festival and the Fantastical festival in Kreuzlingen. Regarding flatshare life: Mutual consideration and cleanliness are very important to me, especially since I won't always be on-site. Ideally, you are already working and have some experience living in shared apartments. A nice extra: we have a robot vacuum, so that takes care of at least one chore ;) My girlfriend and I are currently looking for an apartment in Zurich. Long-term, my plan is to work on-site in Kreuzlingen 23 days a week and spend the rest of the time in Zurich. You would primarily be living with a third roomate (who is also yet to be determined). What this means for flatshare life: We can design our living dynamic completely from scratch, but don't expect too much involvement from my side. I've lived in all kinds of flat configurations before. Since I also travel for work sometimes, I'll likely only have time for joint activities in the evening about once a week. That said, I'm easily convinced to join for a kitchen chat or an evening drink on the terrace ;) Please write me a few sentences about yourself, what you are looking for in a flatshare, and your ideal move-in date. Before you and the other new roommate move in, I plan to organize a 3-way meetup so everyone can get to know each other.
