2 rooms for a man, Adliswil

Two rooms, 10m2 and 15m2 (unfurnished or partially furnished, as needed) in a spacious 5-room apartment in a multi-family house (6 apartments) in Adliswil/Moos to rent to a man. Everything will be regulated contractually with the administration. Gross rent + electricity + internet + fees approx. CHF 1450. Rent deposit - 2 months' rent. I am looking for an empathetic, orderly man who can live quietly in a shared apartment with me (empathetic, sociable, respectful man/heterosexual) immediately/flexibly. Only 2 adult persons would live in the apartment. My 10-year-old son will stay with me occasionally. Two evenings a week, the apartment is only yours. I have rehearsals in the evening. The apartment is located on the border with Wollishofen and Kilchberg. Very quiet location, forest with a fireplace across the street, large garden, balcony, chimney, basement, attic, garage available on request (CHF 150), EV charging possibility available on request. No stressful neighbors. Wollishofen highway - 300m away. Bus stop bus line 66 - 50m away. Shopping - approx. 600m Adliswil train station - approx. 1.2 km. Wollishofen train station - approx. 1.2 km. The apartment has: a nearly soundproof room to play music in a decent setting. I teach occasionally at home.
