We are two working professionals, female, open-minded, active, and well organized. We speak German, Swiss German, English, and French. Our flat share is more than just a typical shared apartment, it offers a comfortable home with structure, convenience, and an all inclusive service. We offer a spacious 25 m² room with full service, just a six-minute walk from Zurich Main Station. The rent includes: heating and utility costs, high-speed internet, household insurance, a fully furnished apartment, a comfortable box spring bed, bed linen, towels,blackout curtains, all administrative tasks, complete flat-share management, recycling, all household supplies, 12 hours of professional cleaning per month, plant care, the Serafe fee, and much more. In other words, there are no additional costs (except for your own groceries). As both the apartment and the room are very spacious, couples are also warmly welcome.
