3.5-room apartment in Boswil

I am looking for a subtenant for my affordable 3.5-room apartment in Boswil, for CHF 1,320, including a parking space and all ancillary costs. Particularly practical: Boswil school is just around the corner, the train station can be reached in 7 minutes and the Volg with a gas station in just 5 minutes on foot. The apartment is privately rented, accordingly, loving care is taken of it. Again and again, smaller and larger repairs are made: In February 2025, the bathroom was completely renovated, in January 2026, it was freshly painted. Before my move-out, some minor things will also be hand-renovated. The kitchen originally does not have a dishwasher. However, a built-in machine is available, which can be purchased if needed. Regarding pets: A apartment cat is allowed, everything else would have to be clarified with the landlords. Viewing appointments can be arranged with me.
