We are looking for a subtenant from mid-September 2026 for our 3½-room apartment at Kettberg 25 in Zürich-Höngg. We have been living here since the first rental after renovation in 2023 and are only moving out for private reasons – we are reluctant to give up the apartment. The special feature: the view. From the living room and balcony, the view extends over the entire city to Lake Zurich and on clear days to the Alps. The balcony measures almost 20 m², is covered and in summer a second living room.
