3.5-room apartment in Lorraine for subletting up to 2 years

I am renting out my beautiful 3.5-room apartment in Lorraine in Bern for subletting. I am looking for a single person or a couple . The apartment is located in a renovated old building and has a beautiful parquet floor . It is rented unfurnished . A special plus for cat owners: The apartment already has a cat door . Therefore, I would prefer to rent the apartment to someone with a cat. Location The location is really ideal: The Bern train station is just a few minutes away by bike, bus, or on foot. At the same time, you are quickly in the city center and have everything you need for daily life right nearby. Bern train station just a few minutes away good connection by bike and public transport restaurants, bars, and cafes in the immediate vicinity short walks to the city center popular and lively, yet pleasant residential area The apartment is offered for subletting for up to 2 years . I am moving to Zurich in mid-September , so the apartment would be likely available from the end of September 2026 . We can discuss the exact move-in date together. The subletting is subject to the approval of the administration . Taking over the apartment after the subletting period ends is generally possible after consultation and agreement with the administration.
