Description

The village-forming, knitted semi-detached house was built in its current form in 1557. The planned construction project includes the comprehensive renovation of the western semi-detached house and the barn. The main house will be carefully renovated and refurbished. In the process, it will be transformed from a single residential unit to a "house with three floor apartments". Two 3½-room apartments and one 2½-room apartment will be created. The existing barn will be demolished and replaced by a new building section that corresponds to the volume of the old barn. In this annex, a 3½-room apartment will be built, which will span two floors and be supplemented with a balcony on the south side. The character of the house will be preserved, which is characterized by the alternation between knitted and masonry chambers.
