From November 1st, we are renting a 4.5-room apartment on the 1st floor of our farmhouse, which was renovated in 2012. The farmhouse dates back to 1846 and comprises a total of three apartments. The apartment offers: - Spacious kitchen-living room - Three smaller rooms - Bathroom with bathtub - Cozy arbor - Reduit - Private washing machine - Garden use on request - Covered parking space - Barrier-free access Our farm is operated with cow breeding and offers a small agrotourism program during the summer months. In addition to the tenants, the farm managers, cats, chickens, and insects also live on the farm.;) Since it is an over 175-year-old farmhouse, the charm of an old building is included. Accordingly, typical background noises like footsteps or other residential noises can be heard between the apartments from time to time. During the day, agricultural vehicles/machines can be heard occasionally.
