Bathroom: Equipped with a bathtub and a private washing machine (no shared laundry room). Rental Conditions: October 1, 2026, to January 29, 2027 (dates are somewhat flexible and open to discussion). Rent: 1500 CHF / month (all utilities included, as well as internet and TV channels). The full 4 months of rent must be paid in advance. Deposit: A security deposit is required.The apartment is non-smoking, and I am looking for a careful and trustworthy tenant. It must include: A recent extract from the debt collection register (Extrait du registre des poursuites) - less than 3 months old.
