We are renting at Zellwegerweg 1, from 16.10.2026, this 5.5 room apartment in the east tower (sunrise, with a view of Uster Castle, Bachtel, and the mountains), 7th floor, by the architects Herzog & De Meuron. The elevator takes you directly to your new home, as this property does not have a conventional staircase. The curved external stairs are located at the building corners, combined with large balconies. As a jewel, an outdoor shower awaits you on the balcony. A contemporary standard of construction is a matter of course, with Klötzli parquet (oak) throughout the apartment, a light dome with a view of the sky, a modern kitchen with chrome steel cladding, and a built-in oven with steamer function.
