5-room shared apartment looking for 2 new roommates

Sali zamä, In our shared apartment, 2 rooms will become available, so we are looking for 2 new roommates from September and October. The rooms are virtually twins and are located on different sides of the apartment, lake side (from October) and garden side (from September). The rooms are about 15 sqm in size and almost square in shape. The apartment has a balcony, a terrace, 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms, a gigantic and well-equipped kitchen (now even with an AirFryer) and, of course, great roommates :D We also have access to the garden, where we sometimes grill. The location of the apartment in the Sternmatt/Tribschen district has the great advantage of being well connected to the city (5-10 minutes by bike to the train station) and yet being in a very quiet neighborhood. Shopping opportunities like Coop, Migros, Spar, and soon Lidl are also just a stone's throw away, and several bus lines and the Ufschötti are very close by. As described above, we are looking for someone for the room on the garden side from 01.09.2026, and for the room on the lake side from October. We are looking for someone who is open-minded and uncomplicated. A certain level of tidiness would be necessary so that the household chores can be done to everyone's satisfaction (but none of us have a cleaning obsession, don't worry). We are a sociable group, and our shared apartment life is mostly spontaneous, but we try to organize fixed apartment evenings from time to time so that we can do something together as a group of five. Our shared apartment is primarily a student apartment with Friedi as a cello student and Annina as a singing student. The apartment is completed by Maxi, who works as a pharmacist. We are all somewhere between the beginning and end of our 20s and are looking for someone who is roughly in the same age range. Anyone can apply for the advertised rooms, but since Annina is currently the only woman, and we strive for a balanced gender ratio, this will influence our decision. The rooms are available without a fixed term and can be rented for 620 Fr per month. This rent includes electricity and internet. The annual incidental costs for water, gas, etc., as well as Serafe, are billed separately. We are also looking for someone who can take over the main contract with Maxi, which we can explain to you in detail during a personal meeting.
