Alle Nebenkosten wie Strom, Wasser, Internet etc. sind ebenfalls inklusive. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mit coop und Migros direkt gegenüber. Post sowie Banken und Restaurants gibt es ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke. Das Zimmer wird ab ca. 01.09.2026 frei (genaues Datum flexibel) und dafür suchen wir eine/n Nachmieter/in.
