I am looking for a tenant to take over my pleasant 3-room apartment, located on the 3rd and top floor of the building. Rent: CHF 1'000./month (+ CHF 3. fee in case of monthly payment at the post office counter) The apartment consists of: A beautiful, bright living room A large bedroom with access to the balcony A second bedroom A fitted kitchen without integrated dishwasher A bathroom A built-in wardrobe with 3 doors in the corridor/dining area, very practical for storage A long balcony along the living room and the large bedroom A large cellar with integrated shelves An attic at your disposal Big advantage: the laundry room is included in the rent! No need to buy or recharge a laundry card: simply sign up for the laundry room schedule. Outdoor parking space available: CHF 40./month. Recent work: Paintwork redone in 2024 Tiling in the small bedroom redone in 2024 Pets allowed. A protective net is currently installed on the balcony. It was put in place by the former tenants who had cats, and I have personally kept it for the safety of my daughter. It can be left in place if it interests the future tenants. Possibility of taking over several equipment/fittings: My dishwasher, purchased in February 2026 and still under warranty, can remain in the apartment for a price to be discussed. Some small furniture can also be left, notably the furniture in the bathroom. Possibility of keeping the shelves installed in the kitchen and living room, very practical to gain space.
