The rental of the room is subject to a contract, initially 3 months with the possibility of renewal. The monthly rent includes heating, water, electricity, internet. This rental is only reserved for a European EPFL or UNIL student, between 22 and 30 years old, non-smoker, and without pets. Rental guarantee and private liability insurance are required.
