Hi everyone, I'm Simone and I'm 30 years old. From mid-September, I'll be abroad often and that's why I'm looking for a roommate or a female roommate to share a large, independent house that's located in Caslano. The available room is a very large double room and the house is located in a very quiet area, literally just two steps from the lake. Less than a minute's walk away is the train station (FLP) that connects Caslano with Lugano and Ponte Tresa (Italy). The idea is to rent one of the three large double rooms and share the common areas of the house, which is composed as follows: - Kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and glass-ceramic hob; - Dining room + living room; - 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower); - Small room used as a gym, with weight rack and a couple of training equipment; - Large private garden surrounding the house, where you can have a barbecue or sunbathe; - Private parking in case of need; - Cellar that can be used + private laundry with washing machine and dryer; - Unlimited Wi-Fi included; - Private electric car charging column; THE COST FOR RENTING THE ROOM IS 650.-, PLUS 50.- IN EXPENSES THAT INCLUDE ALL UTILITIES.
