Well suited for a couple or a family, as it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a large living room and a dining room/office. The apartment is in a very quiet house and neighborhood, located directly on the edge of the forest. The beautiful balcony has a direct view of the forest, and the many and large windows allow for a lot of sun and light throughout the day. Kitchen with modern equipment (recently renovated) with dishwasher. Tram and bus are a few minutes' walk away and the city center can be reached in about 15-20 minutes by public transport. Pets are allowed by arrangement. The apartment is located on the top floor and there is a lift available. Shopping facilities can be reached by public transport in a few minutes. The highway can be reached very quickly without traffic noise.
