A very spacious basement is included. Outdoor parking is available for 50.- per month. An entrance hall and a central corridor separate the interior space of this apartment in a clever way. On one side, we find the island kitchen with the living room (+ 2 balconies) that offer a space to comfortably welcome guests. The balconies are south-facing, fully sunny, and equipped with an awning, with a view of the castles and the mountains. On the other side, two bedrooms (~14 and 16 m2) and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower / bidet / drying column.
