I'm looking for a sublessee starting from 01.09.2026 for this spacious and comfortable apartment, located just a few steps from the city center. In the vicinity, you can find all major services and the bus stop 5, 6, and 461 is right outside the house. The rent includes an outdoor parking space (70 CHF) and a deposit for expenses (150 CHF). The washing machines (2) are located on the -1 floor of the building, there is the possibility to wash during your own weekly turn or freely on weekends. It is not possible to install a washing machine in the apartment at the moment. Ideally, I would leave the apartment empty, but with lights already installed for 300 CHF (value around 200 CHF for the purchase and 150 CHF for the electrician who installed them last year). The building is undergoing renovation, in these days the common areas will be repainted and improvement works will be carried out. The rental contract is open-ended, with the first termination date being September 2027 (unless a sublessee is found).
