I'm renting out a room in my attic apartment, initially on a temporary basis, but we can discuss and extend the rental period. The room has its own access to the 40 m² large balcony. If needed, a bed can also be purchased. I live here with my daughter (9 years old), who is only with me 50% of the time, spending the other half with her mother. I'm 47 years old and work as a software engineer at UBS, I'm a non-smoker and enjoy sports. Usually, I relax, do sports, and spend my weekends outdoors with my camper.
