Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner, der ab Juni oder Juli 2026 für 1 bis 12 Monate (Verlängern ist auch möglich) in das frei werdende Zimmer ziehen möchte (Daten sind flexibel). Du solltest offen, respektvoll und ordentlich sein. Da das Zimmer zur Seite des Albisriederplatzes liegt, solltest du nicht allzu lärmempfindlich sein - bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es aber ziemlich ruhig. Das Zimmer ist hell, ca. 13 qm gross, hat Parkettboden und hat ein Doppelbett inkl. Matratze, zwei Kommoden und ein Regal. Die Wohnung ist eine moderne Maisonette im 5. Stock (mit Lift). Die Miete von 1200 CHF beinhaltet bereits alle Nebenkosten wie schnelles Internet, Strom, Heizung und Serafe. Es ist eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Die Lage direkt am Albisriederplatz im Kreis 4 ist super zentral: Die Trams 2 und 3 sowie die Busse 33, 72 und 83 halten direkt vor der Tür. Zu Fuss bist du in 10 Minuten an der Langstrasse oder am Bahnhof Hardbrücke. Ich selbst bin Mikko und bin Videojournalist und Reporter. Ich bin kein extremer Putz-Fanatiker, halte die Wohnung aber gerne sauber und ordentlich. Meine einzige "Macke" ist meine Käse-Phobie - ein bisschen Rücksicht darauf wäre also super :-) Bitte gib in deiner Nachricht kurz an, für welchen Zeitraum du das Zimmer suchst. **\*English\*** I am looking for an open-minded, respectful, and tidy person to move into the vacant room in my apartment starting in June or July for 1 to 12 months (flexible dates and duration, extending can also be possible). Since the room faces Albisriederplatz, it's best if you aren't extremely sensitive to noise, though it's pretty quiet with the windows closed. The room is 13 sqm, bright, and partly furnished with a double bed and dresser and it is located in a modern apartment in the 5th floor in a convenient and central location (tram 2, 3, bus 33, 72, 83 are right outside). The rent is 1200 CHF per month, which includes all utilities (WiFi, electricity, etc.). Smoking and pets are not allowed. I'm Mikko and I am a videojournalist and reporter. I like to keep the place clean and tidy but I'm easy-going. My only "quirk" is my cheese phobia, so a little consideration would be appreciated!
