Due to our own wedding, we are renting out our unique 4.5-room apartment in the Plaza building in the lively 4VIERTEL quarter (Seetalplatz, Emmenbrücke). Perfect for expats, couples in transition, or project employees. The most important things at a glance Rental period: October 1st to November 6th, 2026 (flexible move-in possible until October 7th). All-inclusive rent: CHF 3,140 per month (including heating, hot water, and operating costs, as well as high-speed internet and furniture allowance). Parking: Underground parking space available for CHF 150 per month. Deposit: CHF 1,500 (security deposit before key handover, refund after acceptance). Apartment highlights The former, high-quality renovated "caretaker's apartment" on the 5th floor offers 124 m² of living space with oak industrial parquet, an open dark gray kitchen (induction, dishwasher) and a bathroom with bathtub and separate guest toilet. All three bedrooms have direct access to the large terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Pilatus. A private laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also included. The apartment will be handed over fully furnished. To offer you maximum space, we will completely remove all our personal belongings (clothing, private documents) in advance. Location and infrastructure The 4VIERTEL quarter offers everything right outside the door: supermarkets, fitness center, cinema, restaurants, and a smart package box are located in the same building. The Emmenbrücke train station and buses are right outside the door, and nature along the Reuss (Reusszopf, Buvette Nordpol) is just a few minutes' walk away.
