Please read everything: The apartment is located in an older property whose long-term development is currently being reviewed. A specific date for a possible demolition or new construction has not yet been determined. The rental agreement will initially be concluded for a limited period until November 30, 2027. If the further planning and the structural and technical condition of the property permit, an extension is generally planned. However, there is no claim to an extension. The property has an older central gas heating system. Rental interested parties will be informed transparently about the condition of the property and the heating system before the contract is concluded.
