The room is approximately 15 m² in size and impresses with its charming old-building character and a beautiful wooden floor. The room is available for rent from October 19, 2026, to the end of January, furnished. The apartment has two bathrooms: One is equipped with a shower-bathtub and toilet, the other has a separate toilet. The kitchen is modernly equipped and has a plate floor. It offers everything you need - a refrigerator, a ceramic glass stove, an oven, and a dishwasher. Additionally, there is a spacious living room with a sofa and plenty of space for joint game nights, cozy dinners with the shared apartment, or visits from friends. The apartment also includes a beautiful rooftop terrace that can be used by all roommates. The additional costs, which are not included in the rent, amount to approximately CHF 450 per person for the specified period. This includes, among other things, electricity, water, and Serafe. We are looking for someone who appreciates shared apartment life and is happy to contribute to the community. It is also important to us that we can shape our free time together. A purpose-built shared apartment is excluded. You should also bring a certain sense of order, but we are not the cleaning police and will forgive you for crumbs on the floor and a glass next to the sink. We cultivate an open shared apartment culture, but we also respect your privacy. If you are between 22 and 32 years old, please write to us in a message and tell us who you are. Maybe you'll be part of our shared apartment for a few months soon. We are currently a 4-person shared apartment. Olivia (29, space planner) will be traveling from mid-October 26 to the end of January 27. Therefore, her room will be available for this period. Sven (30, teacher), Annina (25, speech therapist), and Livia (25, psychology student) will remain in the shared apartment. We are an active and uncomplicated shared apartment and like to do things together, whether it's playing beach volleyball, ping-pong, grilling on the rooftop terrace, or cooking together. We are also always available for an after-work beer or a glass of wine. At the same time, we naturally respect the free space and privacy of all roommates.
