We are looking for a friendly and responsible person to take over one room in our shared apartment from 1 September, although the move-in date is flexible. The building was fully renovated at the end of 2025 and includes a shared bicycle garage. The apartment features a bright living room, two bedrooms, a functional kitchen, a shared bathroom, and a balcony with open views. It is equipped with a modern ceiling-based heating system that provides comfortable and even heating throughout the apartment. Great Location Langäcker bus stop directly in front of the building Shoppi Tivoli only a 5-minute walk away Excellent public transport connections to Zurich and the surrounding areas Despite being located on a main road, the apartment is in a quiet residential area The apartment is currently furnished. Some furniture may be removed or replaced, but the apartment will remain fully functional and ready to move into. The exact furniture arrangement can be discussed with the new tenant. The rent includes all utilities except electricity, which costs approximately CHF 30 per month. The Serafe fee for the current billing period has already been paid by us. A parking space is currently rented separately for CHF 150 per month and can be transferred to the new tenant if desired. We are currently looking after a dog, although he is not ours. The building is pet-friendly, so pets are welcome in accordance with the property management's regulations. Your future roommate is currently learning German, so being able to communicate in English would be greatly appreciated. The move can be arranged either as a sublease or as a replacement in the main rental contract, depending on the agreement with the property management. We do not require an additional private security deposit, although any deposit or contractual conditions related to the main lease will depend on the property management. Interested?
