Are you looking for a bright, quiet and furnished room in the middle of the trendy Wiedikon district, which is only 15 minutes from the main train station? My light-flooded 3 1/2 room apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator;)) In addition to the living room with fireplace, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, it has a beautiful and spacious bathroom with separate toilet, ideal for a 2-person shared apartment.Your room is on the morning sun side and is furnished as shown in the photos.Washing machine and tumble dryer are also available for easy shared use (without a fixed washing schedule) in the cellar.In our courtyard there is the possibility of grilling and a secure bicycle parking space.Thanks to its central location, the apartment not only impresses with its optimal connection to public transport (airport <25 minutes) but also with various shopping options and a wide range of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. I am Swiss-German woman, in the prime of life and a cosmopolitan at heart. During the week, I work in project management, among other things (currently mostly in the home office so I prefer someone who works outside the home). With my flatmate I cultivate a positive friendly relationship, for example we occasionally enjoy an after-work drink or cook something together. Suchst Du ein helles, ruhiges und möbliertes Zimmer Mitten im Trendquartier Wiedikon, das nur 15 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt ist? Meine lichtdurchflutete 3 1/2-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG (kein Lift;)) Neben dem Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche mit Geschirrspüler, hat es ein schönes und geräumiges Badezimmer mit separater Toilette, ideal für eine 2er-WG.Dein Zimmer befindet sich auf der Morgensonnen-Seite und ist wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich möbliert. Waschmaschine, Tumbler sowie Trocknungsraum stehen uns 7 Tage die Woche zur Mitbenutzung (ohne fixen Waschplan) im Keller zur Verfügung. Im Innenhof besteht die Möglichkeit zu grillieren und es hat einen gesicherten Fahrrad-Abstellplatz. Dank ihrer zentralen Lage überzeugt die Wohnung nicht nur durch eine optimale Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Flughafen <25min) sondern auch durch verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie ein reichhaltiges Angebot an Restaurants und Bars in der Nachbarschaft. Ich bin Deutschschweizerin, stehe mitten im Leben und bin im Herzen eine Kosmopolitin. Unter der Woche arbeite ich unter anderem im Projektmanagement (zurzeit mehrheitlich im Home Office). Mit meiner/m flatmate pflege ich ein kollegiales positives Verhältnis, beispielsweise ab und zu ein Feierabenddrink zusammen geniessen oder gelegentlichen gemeinsam etwas kochen. Ich schätze ein verantwortungsvolles, sauberes sowie zuverlässiges Verhalten meiner MitbewohnerIn.
